On arrival
Check in and check out times
Check in from 2:00 pm. Should the unit be ready earlier we will text you.
Check out is 10:00 am, but may be extended by arrangement.
Number of occupants
The unit sleeps two.
Pets
No pets are allowed in the unit
Breakage/damage
Accidents happen. Please notify us immediately so that we can come to an arrangement for replacement or repair.
Cleaning
Please leave the unit in a neat and tidy condition. We don’t expect you to clean it, but wash all dishes etc (they can be left in the drip tray), place all rubbish in the bins provided and give the bbq a clean immediately after use. A cleaning charge of $25 per hour will be incurred if the unit is left otherwise.
Keys
Loss of keys will be charged at $10/key.
